Hybrid Animation & ITFS Award Winning Titles

Being equipped with digital tools, filmmakers have begun to breathe new life into visual images with the innovative means. This program overviews the rich ranges of animation expression by introducing the hybrid animation that goes beyond conventional genres. The presentation focuses on the works of French artists who are producing a quite number of such works in recent years as well as shedding light on the collection of works awarded at Stuttgart International Animation Festival (ITFS) in Germany.
